I was born in Quantico Virginia. I grew up just drawing slightly better
than my other family members except for my sister who inspired me by drawing beautiful HollyHobbies
One day in college i experimented by painting a musician portrait. Then spent the next 10 years
being asked to paint more and more portraits
I have painted for clients and collectors from Los Angeles to New York & have sold my art to people from all over the world.
In the 90's I worked with Designer Jim Weinberg creating illustrations and paintings for several South Florida
large outdoor art projects and paintings for clients homes.
For the past 20 years I have also been commissioned to create many murals for businesses and
private homes.
My latest canvas work aims to capture a few moments between dreams and reality
Now living in South Florida, Rob Robi continues to explore new painting
ideas with many new works in progress
